The metallic corrosion protection is applied uniformly after perforation. This keeps the edge fully protected, the layer is up to 50% thinner than with conventional processes, and airflow increases by more than 20%—a clear advantage for engine cooling in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and commercial vehicles.

Corrosion protection beyond the standard, a homogeneous layer right up to the edge, and mechanical robustness: In salt spray tests according to DIN EN ISO 9227 NSS:2023-03, 1,008 h were achieved; adhesion—incl. thermal shock—was confirmed per DIN EN ISO 2819:2018-09. At the same time, the thin, uniform application reduces material usage, eases recycling, and—unlike e-coat (KTL) systems—avoids microplastic emissions, improving the environmental footprint.

Perforating → Deburring → PerfPRO (coating after perforation, including edge coverage) → optional PerfPRO+ (powder) → Quality assurance.
